Colleen McCormick

Colleen McCormick is Vice President of Human Resources for CooperVision, Inc. Having joined the company in 2024, she partners with other leaders to deliver global HR strategies, talent management programs, and organizational development initiatives that support CooperVision’s industry leadership and continuing growth. Prior to joining CooperVision, McCormick held leadership roles with PerkinElmer, L3Harris, General Electric, and the University of Rochester. She earned her baccalaureate degree from Clarkson University and master’s degree from Tufts University. She has also completed the Advanced Human Resources Executive Program through the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
