How the Program Works
Give Brightly™ provides under-resourced patients with complimentary CooperVision specialty contact lenses. This program provides a pair of warranted lenses of the following products at no cost: Onefit™ family, SynergEyes VS™ or SynergEyes ScanFitPRO*, SynergEyes Duette®, SynergEyes® iD or UltraHealth® family.
CooperVision leaves it to the discretion of the university clinic to determine who is a financially eligible candidate. Each student or resident is allocated one pair of the above lenses for one patient per school year.
Coverage or reimbursement for additional fees such as clinic and examination fees are excluded from the program.
At the completion of the fit, the student or resident is asked to provide CooperVision with either a brief synopsis of the case or a patient testimonial.
*limited supply per school of SynergEyes ScanFitPro
