Program Description
Get certified to manage myopia with MiSight® 1 day and Paragon CRT®
To communicate effectively to parents and their children with myopia, it is essential to understand the gravity of myopia and its progression. These certification programs are designed to help move the conversation beyond vision correction, so that slowing the progression of myopia for each and every child becomes part of a new standard of care.
Benefits of the Program
- Get certified to prescribe myopia management treatments like MiSight® 1 day and Paragon CRT® before graduation.
- Gain access to the Online Success Center (OSC) and the Specialty Lens Success Center (SLSC), CooperVision’s on-demand information and learning platform.
How the Program Works
Optometry students must register for both the Online Success Center and Specialty Lens Success Center to gain access to both MiSight® 1 day and Paragon CRT® certification courses.
Online Success Center
This five-lesson series addresses the myopia epidemic and how to communicate to parents the need to treat their children’s myopia as soon as possible. Upon completion, students will receive a certificate verifying that they have passed the MiSight® 1 day certification course.
Specialty Lens Success Center
Paragon CRT® certification will soon be accessible through the SLSC. Register now for a notification email when Paragon CRT® certification becomes available on-demand.
